The Service allows you to browse available services, select appointment times, provide your contact and payment information, and receive confirmations and reminders. You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose of scheduling and managing appointments.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By booking an appointment, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years or older and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Appointment Booking, Rescheduling, and Cancellations
3.1 Booking Process
Appointments are subject to availability. When you submit a booking request, it may be pending approval or automatically confirmed depending on the business's settings. You will receive a confirmation email once your appointment is confirmed. Please ensure your contact information is accurate so we can reach you.
3.2 Rescheduling
You may request to reschedule your appointment. Changes must be made within the specified modification window (typically 24 hours before the appointment) to avoid fees. Rescheduling is subject to availability and at the discretion of the service provider.
3.3 Cancellation by Client
Cancellations made within the specified cancellation window (typically 24 hours before the appointment) may be subject to cancellation fees. Late cancellations may be charged a percentage of the service cost. No-shows may be charged the full service amount. The specific cancellation window and fee percentages are configured by the business and displayed during the booking process.
3.4 Cancellation by Service Provider
The service provider reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to emergencies, illness, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered the opportunity to reschedule or receive a full refund.
4. Customer Responsibilities
As a customer using our Service, you agree to:

5. Payment and Refund Policies
5.1 Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method. A card may be kept on file for future charges, including cancellation or no-show fees, in accordance with the cancellation policy disclosed during booking.
5.2 Fees
The total amount charged includes the service cost, applicable add-ons, platform fees, and processing fees as displayed during the booking process. You will see the full price breakdown before confirming your appointment.
5.3 Deposits
The business may require a deposit at the time of booking confirmation. Deposit amounts and policies are disclosed during the booking process. Deposits may be non-refundable in certain circumstances as stated in the deposit policy.
5.4 Refunds
Refunds are processed according to our cancellation policy. Refunds for cancelled services will be credited to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late cancellations outside the cancellation window, except where required by law.
5.5 Cancellation and No-Show Fees
Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged a percentage of the service cost as specified in the business settings and disclosed during booking. By providing a card on file, you authorize us to charge these fees if applicable.
6. Limitations of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vinesha's Mane Attraction and its service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

Any appointment that is cancelled, delayed, or rescheduled

Any results, outcomes, or reactions from services performed

Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data

Third-party service failures (payment processing, SMS delivery, email delivery)
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, service descriptions, and software, are owned by Vinesha's Mane Attraction or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission.
8. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service for any of the following:

By checking the SMS consent box during the appointment booking process, you agree to receive SMS text messages related to your appointment at the phone number you provided. These messages may include:
